Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Stellarcast website at stellarcast.ai and any related services we offer (the "Services"), operated by Stellarcast Private Limited ("Stellarcast", "we", "us"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
The Services
Stellarcast provides an AI-search visibility platform, sold as a paid subscription, together with this website and any free reports or trials of access we offer. Features and pricing continue to develop; where a change affects a subscription you already hold, the Subscriptions and billing section below governs what we may and may not change during your term.
Free audits and pilots
If you request a free audit, you are asking us to run it and send you the report. Where we offer a pilot or design-partner arrangement, participation is at our discretion and we may limit, decline or discontinue it. Any audit or report we provide is for your informational use.
Subscriptions and billing
Stellarcast is sold as a subscription, billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are listed in US dollars and are exclusive of sales tax or VAT, which is calculated and added at checkout according to your location.
Paddle.com Market Ltd is the merchant of record for all Stellarcast subscriptions. Paddle processes the payment, issues your invoice and accounts for applicable tax, and Paddle's buyer terms apply to the transaction alongside these Terms.
There is no free trial. No payment is taken until you select a paid plan and complete checkout. Annual plans are discounted against twelve months of the monthly price and are billed once, up front, for the full term.
Auto-renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, at the then-current price for your plan, until cancelled. We will email you before an annual renewal, and before any renewal at a changed price, in time for you to cancel.
You may cancel at any time from Billing and Usage in the app, with no notice period and no cancellation fee. Your plan remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: fees paid in advance are non-refundable except where we failed to deliver the measurement you paid for, where you were charged in error, or where the law requires otherwise. An annual term is a commitment: there is no automatic refund for ending it early, and fees for the period after termination are refunded pro rata where the termination is our fault.
What a plan entitles you to
A plan sets how many prompts we track for you and which features you can use. It does not guarantee a particular result in any AI engine: we measure and report what the engines say, and we cannot control what they say. Where an engine is unavailable, changes its behaviour or blocks automated access, we record the affected runs as failed rather than substituting estimated data, and our Refund Policy covers material loss of measurement.
Price changes and non-payment
We may change our list prices. A change does not affect your current subscription during its term: monthly plans keep their price until you change plan, and annual plans keep theirs until renewal.
If a payment fails, Paddle will retry it and notify you. If payment is not completed we may pause your subscription. A paused subscription retains your data and can be resumed by updating your payment method.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services. In particular, you will not:
- attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems;
- submit false, misleading, or unlawful information through our forms;
- copy, scrape, or republish substantial portions of the site for a competing purpose without permission;
- use the Services in violation of any applicable law.
Intellectual property
The Stellarcast name, logo, brand, site content, and original articles are owned by Stellarcast or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. See our Copyright notice for details on use and attribution.
Third-party content and links
Our articles reference third-party studies, products and news, and may link to external sites. Those references are for information only and do not imply endorsement. We are not responsible for third-party content.
No warranty
The Services and all content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or availability. Facts and figures in our articles are drawn from sources believed reliable at the time of writing but may change.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stellarcast will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the product develops. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms. We will update the date at the top of this page when we make changes.
